Booking & deposit
Find a trek number and date suitable to you from our Track Schedule page, contact us by phone or email to check availability and register on a trip.
Registration will hold you a place on the chosen trek for 7 days in which time we will need to receive your completed booking form (4 pages) together with a deposit of $600.
On receipt of your Deposit we will send out written confirmation, final invoice and trip preparation notes.
Pay a further $1200 together with your Deposit or prior to the invoice due date and we will issue your air tickets to protect against airfare increases.
Travel Insurance should be purchased at this time to protect you in case of cancellation due to illness or other insured causes.

Cancellation & refund
If for any reason you are unable to join the trek and advise us 75 days in advance, your deposit may be transferred to another departure or to a replacement person, 74 to 45 days cancellation fee is 60% of the trip cost, increasing to 100% 44 to 30 days of departure.
